Morning routine

A gentle 10-minute morning reset

No five a.m. alarm needed. Four small steps to start the day calm and clear.

1
Water first
A full glass of water before coffee, phone or anything else.
2
Move gently
Cat-cow, a slow forward fold and a soft spinal twist wake the body up without a rush.
3
Breathe
Five slow breaths, making each exhale a little longer than the inhale.
4
Find the light
Step outside or stand by a window. Morning daylight helps set your body clock.

The pharmacist's corner

Supplements, without the hype.

As a pharmacist, I look at supplements through a safety-first lens. Here is how I think about them.

Food first
Supplements can fill genuine gaps. They do not replace a varied, colourful diet.
Not everything mixes
Some supplements interact with medications. Check with your pharmacist or doctor before you start.
Quality matters
Look for clear labels, honest claims and products that are independently tested.

General information only. It does not replace personal medical advice.
